BRANCH COORDINATOR – TEAYS VALLEY/BUFFALO (EXEMPT)

Duties: Perform any functions necessary, within the scope of authority and expertise, in a courteous and professional manner, to provide the highest level of service to the members of Star USA Federal Credit Union. Will report to the Senior Branch Coordinator.

Will be responsible for the supervision of any assigned staff at the branch. Will provide back up for any vacant position at the branch. Will have the primary responsibility for the balancing and replenishment of the ATM. Will process and act on loan applications. Will perform all member service related duties. Will verify and balance all cash and vault items. Will assist the Vice President of Branch Operations in all daily functions. Will assume responsibility for branch operations in the absence of the Vice President of Branch Operations and Senior Branch Coordinator. Will perform any other duties as required and assigned. Some travel required between branch locations.

Qualifications : A business related college degree or seven years of equivalent work experience is required. Must exhibit strong personal computer, typing and communication skills. Must develop and maintain knowledge of credit union operations and the applicable federal and state rules and regulations. Must be able to professionally handle a variety of duties and responsibilities. Must understand the importance of confidentiality in all transactions. Salary commensurate to experience.

TELLER CLERK - BECKLEY
Responsible for handling cash transactions and related clerical duties; must have proven communication skills and be able to deal with the public; must be dependable and have personal computer skills; must have at least a high school diploma.
