Construction Loan

Yes, we now offer Construction loans!  Currently the rate is the prime rate plus 1% for a term of nine (9) months (terms may vary depending on the size and type of home being built).  Draws can be taken at 7 different inspection phases with accrued interest payments due at the end of each month.  An origination fee of 1% is assessed at closing, however, this fee will be applied towards the closing costs if you choose the Construction to permanent loan option with Star USA FCU.  Contact you credit union loan officer today for more information.
